Answers to 26 Key Questions about the BOMA Standard
BOMA published Answers to 26 Key Questions about the ANSI/BOMA Standard of Measuring Floor Area in Office Buildings as guidance in interpreting the BOMA Standard. It is not part of the ANSI/BOMA Standard, but is an indispensible companion to it. The entire text is available on the BOMA website.
Of the 26 questions, 16 relate to the classification of space, 5 address space class boundary issues,2 deal with calculations and 3 are of a general nature. Following is a brief index of the issues:
