The Company Since March of 2000, BAM has provided consulting, training and dispute resolution services related to commercial space measurement practices and standards throughout North America. Staff William B. Tracy, MBA, NCARB Principal Metrologist Bill is founder and sole proprietor of BAM. He has measured over 70 Million square feet of office, industrial, retail and mixed-use space in 26 states and currently serves as Vice Chair of the Standard Method of Floor Measurement Committee of the Building Owners and Managers International. He has been an instructor in the BOMA Standard for BOMA, IFMA, developers and design professionals, and has published numerous articles on measurement issues Prior to founding BAM, Bill was a Senior Associate at Gensler and was the originator of the Gensler Rentable Area Management (RAM®) System. He was also a project manager, and a strategic facilities planner/programmer. Bill is a Licensed Architect in Colorado, holds an NCARB Certificate, is a member of the American Institute of Architects, the Building Owners and Manager's Association, and the International Facility Management Association. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Illinois and a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
