Condos and CoopsThe measurement of Condos and Coops have been the source of many disputes regarding their measurement. The reason is that there are statutes in most states that are based upon uniform laws containing sections on unit boundaries. If you try to use those unit boundaries to calculate the area of a unit, you arrive at a different figure than the gross areas traditionally employed in residential properties.
