• The Unified Approach for Measuring Office Space is not a measurement standard but manual of measurement best practices produced by BOMA and IFMA.
• If you need to determine floor areas in residential condominiums or other common interest properties, you must research local statutes like the Common Interest Ownership Act that may dictate unit boundaries.
