Policies

BAM Policies guide our work and the relationships with our clients. They are as follows:

• Data and products developed by BAM for a client are the property of that client upon payment of fees billed.
• Client Information such as phone numbers, email and mailing addresses are not given to any third parties.
• Data and product developed by BAM for a client will not be disclosed to anyone other than the client without the client's approval.
• BAM will not work for two parties having an adverse interest in a property, such as tenant and landlord.
• BAM will disclose any conflict of interest between BAM or its principal and the client with respect to a client's property.
• BAM will disclose to a client any previous measurement work that BAM has performed on a client's property.
• Computer Data relating to BAM's clients are backed up regularly to minimize risk of loss.
• BAM recognizes the critical importance of square footage data and takes the time required to assure adequate quality control.
• BAM requires a written agreement including BAM's Standard Terms and Conditions for all work.
• BAM does not provide architectural or engineering services.
